Yarn InformationShipping
In stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days within receipt of purchase. Custom orders will be shipped as soon as they are complete. We ship via USPS and all customers have the option of choosing standard First Class/Parcel or Priority Mail. All items that are shipped in the US are shipped with Delivery Confirmation. Shipping of orders of stitch markers only are free for standard shipping worldwide. Please see the Shipping Page for more information including rates.
Sales Tax
If you are a resident of Missouri I am required to collect sales tax from you in the amount of 8.35% per my Retailer Sales license which is the rate for my location.
Payment
My payment processor is PayPal however, you are not required to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit card. PayPal allows the use of e-checks with a PayPal account. Dyed to Order yarns will not be started until PayPal has notified me that the check has cleared.Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
In stock and custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing it by contacting orders(at)nerdgirlyarns(dot)com.
Yarn may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Materials must be unused and in original condition in the hank. We require =an email confirming the return from us, and insured packages. We are not responsible for any packages lost in the mail. Please contact orders(at)nerdgirlyarns(dot)com for return authorization. Contacting us with questions before placing your order helps to ensure that the item you purchase will meet your needs.
If
there is a mistake with your order or the yarn is damaged or promised
matching dyelots are not matching please contact me and I will do my
best to resolve it or refund you for your purchase. Customer
satisfaction is my priority.

Production Environment
I produce all of my products in my home studio. While I do not allow my pets in my work, storage, or packing areas, please be aware my home contains cats, a small dog, guinea pigs, and a free roaming rabbit.
